THAMES DITTON – KT7
The project involved a large extension to the back of a substantial detached family house, the demolition of garage block and ground works in preparation for landscaping at a later date. The extension was built to provide a large open plan contemporary kitchen and breakfast room and a separate utility room both flowing from a large central entrance hall. The extensions allowed for remodelling of the existing ground floor rooms that provide a large reception room, office, family TV. Kitchen by Neil Lerner, lighting control by Rako, Control 4 audio system linked with Sonos. The new garage block was traditional construction and clad in Western Red Cedar and a Sedum roof.
