Site monitoring and reporting
We have introduced basic site monitoring and reporting to assist clients where they have hands on role and are Project Managing the build themselves. A fortnightly site meeting with Contractor and Client, designed to give support, give constructive feedback and advice and form an action list issued to Contractors and Client to manage.
Project Management + Contract Administration (cost control)
We act as the conduit for all project related matters, manage the professional design team and the main Contractor through build, snagging, certification and final account. This includes the management of the main Contractors requests for payments, agreeing the same and advising our Clients with transparency, detail and summary documents.
Project Management + Contract Administration + Suppliers + Specialist supply & fit contracts
In addition to managing the design team and main contractor we manage Client preferred materials suppliers, and specialist supply and fit contracts (that we have led through the design process). We integrate these suppliers and installers into the main build programme and ensure that the lead times and work is co-ordinated and managed including sign off on the Clients behalf.
Development finance drawdown
We prepare a work valuation for developers, we assess the work completed, deposits paid on supply items, materials on site, preliminary costs and all claimable expenses on a monthly basis (or as required) and then prepare you the documentation to submit to the bank / lender’s monitoring surveyor.
