Full Refurbishment, heavy structural, remodelling, rear extensions, new garage block, landscaping

This property is located in a AONB and the project involved a series of planning applications prepared by an Independent Planning Consultant and whilst the build was in progress. Works included, two rear extensions to enlarge the bedrooms and the kitchen. An existing swimming pool was drained, and spanned over to form a new sitting room with the old pool space being utilised for storage. The project involved structural remodelling to include opening up the entrance hall, forming new access to the first floor bedroom, converting an existing integral garage to a dining room after lowering the floor level. New services were installed throughout, new kitchen by Roundhouse, new gas fire with remote operation and fitted into an original feature stone wall. Externally existing outbuildings were demolished making way for a new build double garage, an enclosed courtyard garden and further landscaping around the perimeter of the property.
