We provide independent project management services within the property sector, for private home owners, property investors and developers across the country.

Our focus is on achieving client aspirations and objectives from the outset, by doing so we are able to tailor our services to suit both the client and the project requirements. We have a wealth of experience and contacts within the industry and our independence allows us to make appropriate introductions of other professionals, designers, trades and suppliers to our clients.

We bring together the project team, issue a pre construction project programme and commence co-ordination and management of the design and tender process leading onto the project management of the building works. Our work embraces Listed buildings, new build, basements, loft conversions, roof additions, refurbishment, fitting out of residential developments all of which range in size and complexity. We deliver Client expectations in a professional, cost effective and proactive manner.
